Call to Order: Rick Becker, Chapter President, called the January Business Meeting to order at approximately 12:30 p.m.

Rick Becker welcomed everyone and indicated the change of meeting location for January and February. Announced that February’s guest speaker would be Eugene Zeller, Director of Planning and Building, from Long Beach. Also announced the program topic for the day.
