  • AB 284 - would establish a toxic mold surveillance and monitoring program.
  • AB 326 - would prohibit the sale or application of wood roof covering materials unless the materials have SFM approval/listing and pass 5 years of natural weathering test.
  • SB 221 - would prohibit localities from approving construction of subdivisions of more than 200 houses unless the locality can verify that a sufficient supply of water is or will be available to serve the subdivision
  • SB 497 - Closing Loophole in Map Act Regarding Lot Line Adjustments and Certificates of Compliance
  • SB 732 - Toxic Mold; amends a second of CCC and adds a Chapter of HSC related to toxic mold.
